EMIR: ESMA adds ICE Clear Europe to list of authorised CCPs

ESMA has added ICE Clear Europe to its list of authorised central counterparties (CCPs) under EMIR. EMIR requires EU-based CCPs to be authorised and non-EU CCPs to be recognised in the EU. Authorised or recognised CCPs can then be used by EU firms to fulfil their clearing obligations.
