AIFMD: ESMA publishes updated Q&A on impact of SFT Regulation

ESMA has issued an update of its questions and answers (Q&A) document on the application of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD). The document has been updated to include a new Q&A on the commencement of periodical reporting under Article 13 of the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFT Regulation) for alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs).
