EUSEF and EuVECA funds: EU Council Presidency publishes compromise text

The EU Council Presidency has published a compromise text on the proposal for a Regulation amending the Regulation on European venture capital (EuVECA) funds and European social entrepreneurship (EuSEF) funds.
