EuSEF and EuVECA funds: EU Council publishes compromise text

The EU Council Presidency has published a compromise text on the proposal for a Regulation amending the Regulation on European venture capital funds (EuVECA) and the Regulation on European social entrepreneurship funds (EuSEF).
