PRIIPs: EU Parliament votes to extend application date of Regulation and RTS

The EU Parliament plenary session has voted to approve a proposal to extend the date of application of the Regulation on key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs Regulation) by one year to 1 January 2018. The proposal still needs to be formally approved by the Council before being published in the Official Journal.
