Paul leads the legal and compliance team at Crowdcube which is Europe’s leading investment crowdfunding platform.  Paul’s legal experience includes working in City law firms, blue chip technology companies and startups.   He spent four years leading commercial legal work at eBay before joining Crowdcube and also launched his own startup and is passionate about helping others raise finance to do the same. Paul is a director of the UK Crowdfunding Association and the European Crowdfunding Network.
