Some of the largest investors in Deutsche Boerse are
losing confidence that the proposed merger with NYSE Euronext will
be completed. Shareholders are concerned that the tie-up
won't receive approval from EU antitrust authorities. Some NYSE
Euronext shareholders also have expressed concern about the deal.
