Javier is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Madrid office, working in our Finance and Risk practice. Over the last thirteen years, he has worked with leading global banks and public authorities across a broad range of strategy setting, regulatory response, strategic financial resource management, digital transformation and change management themes.

Javier leads Oliver Wyman’s EBA Stress-Test response platform and our Integrated Scenario Planning solutions. He has worked on a breadth of Stress-Testing and Strategic FRM engagements both on the regulatory side (e.g. ECB-SSM, EBA, Spain, Slovenia, Mexico) and for the industry, ranging from hands-on exercise execution to methodology implementation and framework industrialization.

Javier holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Law from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School.
